Julien's building a beautiful track car. Note the shortened steering arms to solve one of the issues with converting to an e21 rack and pinion steering set-up. He was kind enough to get my steering arms shortened to 130mm - the same as an e21.

Also note the solid engine mounts and strengthened subframes front and rear. Plus the 'hedgehog' alpina diff cover. AND he's running the 265 CR getrag from the M3 which requires a larger transmission tunnel - not that you'd know from the way the panel beater has fabricated the new metal work to match the old. Amazing attention to detail.
